Pharmavic strengthens its commitment to high‑value training and employment in the pharmaceutical sector.

At Pharmavic, we recently held a meeting with representatives from CIFP Don Bosco LHII in Errenteria, the Institut Escola del Treball in Barcelona, and I.E.S. Núm. 1 Universidad Laboral in Málaga—three institutions with a strong focus on vocational training, technical specialization, and close alignment with the realities of industry.

For us, these kinds of engagements carry value that goes beyond the institutional sphere. They allow us to listen, share a vision of the sector, and continue building a closer relationship between business and education—something especially important in a field as demanding and constantly evolving as the pharmaceutical industry.

We know that creating high‑value employment is not just about generating jobs. It also means contributing to the development of career paths with depth, specialization, and purpose. It means helping talent find spaces to grow and ensuring that training is increasingly connected to the real needs of the productive environment.

This connection is particularly relevant at a time when the industry requires professionals prepared to operate in processes that are increasingly technical, precise, and advanced. In this context, it is especially meaningful to share spaces with institutions that work directly on that preparation. One of them, I.E.S. Núm. 1 Universidad Laboral in Málaga, also offers specialized training in the Manufacturing of Pharmaceutical, Biotechnological, and Related Products—a qualification closely linked to the evolution of our sector.

At Pharmavic, we believe in an industry that not only advances in capacity, innovation, and specialization, but also in its ability to generate value for society. That is why we see these encounters as a way to contribute: by bringing the business reality closer to the educational sphere, supporting talent development, and helping build a stronger, better‑prepared, and more future‑oriented ecosystem.

Because when education, vocation, and industry move in the same direction, the opportunities that emerge have a real impact far beyond the organizations themselves.
